Bubba’s Bites, LLC was inspired by my brother, Bubba - a man with a big appetite for good food, good people, and good fun. He was the kind of person who fed anyone who walked through the door and helped others whenever he could, even when he didn’t have much himself. Bubba believed in simple, traditional values: protect women and children, keep your word, and treat people right.
He loved my cooking and was always my biggest supporter, encouraging me to share my food with others. Now that I finally have the chance to serve my community, I named this kitchen Bubba’s in his honor.
Today, Bubba’s Bites starts the day with hearty breakfast burritos and quesadillas, with a lineup of homemade desserts coming soon. Orders are placed online for pickup on select days, so every meal is fresh and made with care.
At Bubba’s, it’s more than just food.
It’s a taste of home.

Silvia, the heart behind Bubba's Bites, LLC, has been in the kitchen since age six, guided by grandmothers who taught her the joy and pride of creating food people love to eat. Over the years, she turned her passion into a side business baking for friends, family, and local customers, and later launched a small catering company that served the community until the pandemic forced it to close. With that same love for feeding people and a renewed vision inspired by her brother, she’s now bringing her skills, creativity, and dedication back to the table through Bubba's Bites.
